Shipping & Returns
We carefully handcraft and package all our candles and soaps to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jennspascents.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
